


Our Guarantee….You may return any merchandise you are unhappy with and receive an immediate credit as long as our return policies are met.
RETURN POLICY
An authorization code number is needed to return or exchange any items. You may request a return code number via telephone or e-mail.
Return requests and shipment of merchandise must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Merchandise returned to us without an authorization code number will be returned to the sender unopened.
Items must be unused, in original packages, tags intact, with no stains, alterations, evidence of wear, and they cannot smell (such as like cigarette smoke), etc.
No returns will be authorized after the intended date of use.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise and you will be responsible for the freight. (exception all prom and evening gown will have a $20 restocking fee to cover shipping to you and restocking. You will all responsible for the return freight to back to us. If you are just exchanging for a different size we will cover the restocking, but you will be responsible for the freight.)
Returns shipped via US mail must be insured or ship UPS.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS POLICY
Items that have been personalize, special ordered, etc. cannot be returned.
Seasonal, close-out, and similar items are not returnable or exchangeable.
EXCHANGES POLICY
If an exchange is needed, please call us as soon as possible and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Customer will be required to pay shipping costs.
CANCELED ORDERS POLICY
All cancellations must be made prior to shipping (an estimated shipping date is given with the order confirmation).
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all cancelled merchandise.
No cancellations will be accepted after shipping.

SHIPPING INFORMATION and POLICIES
All items will be shipped to customers via UPS.
Items will be shipped to ensure a timely arrival.
Items will usually ship within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
If items are temporarily out of stock an e-mail notification is sent and items on back order will then ship within 2-3 weeks.
In the event that a package is lost by UPS we will replace the merchandise and ship it as soon as possible. If this is not acceptable a refund will be issued.
Customers outside of the US are responsible for any custom, trade, licensing, tariffs, etc.
Not responsible if items shipped to a bad address, or if the buyer moves. E-mail order confirmations sent can be used to verify the address to prevent this.
Shipping amounts are figured using the weights of the items purchased.
This helps ensure the lowest possible shipping charges
to our customers. The amount of the total shipping charges will be displayed
at checkout and added to the total amount due.

We will accept VISA, Master Card, and American Express. You may use our secure on-line shopping service or you may call us via telephone or fax us with your credit card information
Purchases may be made via regular US mail using a check or Money Order. All orders placed in this manner will be processed when payment is received in full. All other terms, conditions, and policies still apply.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS POLICY
If product is defective we will replace or exchange it and pay shipping on the defective item's).
Items will need to be returned to us and we will file a claim with the shipper (UPS). We will replace the merchandise or provide a refund if all other return policy conditions are met.
