Rental Policies
Placing your Order:
Please place your order as soon as possible. It normally takes one to three day to prepare your order and can take up to a week for UPS regular ground freight to be delivered. Depending on your location orders placed under two weeks of your special event may be subject to an extra fee to arrive on time. Example of rush shipment:
Let’s say you order your dresses on the Tuesday the week before the wedding and you live in Virginia. We prep the dresses that following day and ship them on Thursday. If they go regular you will not receive them till the following Thursday. We would recommend sending them UPS Three day select so you receive them on Tuesday. If your order was for four dresses your express freight charge would be about $19.00.
PAYMENT POLICY:
We will accept VISA, Master Card, and American Express. You may use our secure on-line shopping service or you may call us via telephone or fax us with your credit card information
Returning the gowns:
The garment needs to be back in the freight system by the following business day after your specified wear date. If your garment is not back in our possession on the 8th day after your wear date your credit card will be charged another rental fee and if not returned by the 14th day after your wear date your card will also be charge the replacement fee for the item in question.
Exchanges and Replacements:
If an exchange is needed, please call us as soon as possible and we will send out a replacement garment. Measurements are crucial to making your rental gown/gowns fit proper. On replacement orders, if you change measurements or style, the replacement gown\ gowns will cost half-price plus freight cost.
Cleaning:
Cleaning is included in the rental fee Please DO NOT have any items cleaned. Cleaning of your rental garments is included in the price of the rental. If the garments are not washed a certain way stains and dirt can be set permanently in the dress. We are very familiar with our merchandise and know the best way to remove stains. Please treat the garments like you would your own clothes. They are designed for rental and are very sturdy garments but can be damaged by extreme use. If a garment is returned with cigarette burns, rips, stained, soil, or is returned in such a condition it can not be rented again your card will be charge the replacement price of the merchandise.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS POLICY
If your shipment is refused you will still be responsible for rental and shipping costs. Rental and shipping costs are not refunded on refused shipments.
Cancelled Orders:
Orders cancelled but already shipped will be full price for cancellation. After an order leaves our facilities we will rewash it whether it was used or not. Orders cancelled after processing has started but before shipped will be charged half-price for cancellation. If the rental or a portion of this rental is cancelled for any reason after they are shipped will be charged the full rental price, if you have changes or need to cancel some or all of your order please let us know as soon as possible. This will help reduce costs for both of us.
Damaged Gown Policy:
Damaged gowns outside the range of “normal” wear. If you need to due minor alterations after receiving the garment please feel free to do so as long as the dress is not cut or changed so it cannot be returned to its original condition. Please do not use hem tape, Stitch Witchery, glue, or any other press on adhesive. We are unable to remove these from garment and you will be charged the replacement cost. If we can repair or fix the garment with out replacing it we only charge you for the repairs. .
